An ABC of Animals, Birds and Things
I was looking through my photos to see if I had a photo of an animal or bird for each letter of the alphabet and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I actually had something for nearly every letter. As I chose the photo I liked for each letter a little rhyme for each photo popped into my head, I was so excited I could hardly write them down!
I put the photos together with their rhyme and then set about collecting the last few photos. I have to admit that finding an animal or bird ( and I was trying to keep them as Aussie as possible) for U, V, W, X, Y and Z became a challenge but as with all things that are meant to be the right opportunities turned up, like when I was visiting my parents and my daughter was in the garden and said, "didn't you want something for X, what about this spider it has an X in the middle of it's web" and so I was able to complete my set of alphabet photos.
I printed and laminated a set to show family and friends and everyone loved them and people were wanting to buy them, so I have had them printed professionally and sell them boxed for $25.00 (+ postage) per set.
